Hubert Enviro Care Systems Limited (HECS) is an Indian environmental-engineering company that designs, manufactures, installs, commissions and maintains packaged sewage treatment plants (PSTPs) and effluent treatment plants (ETPs). Operating since 1998 HECS delivers complete, factory-built wastewater treatment systems for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and infrastructure projects — handling the full lifecycle from process design and fabrication through to long-term operation and maintenance.
Who We Are
Hubert Enviro Care Systems Limited (HECS) is a single-source wastewater-treatment partner. Rather than selling equipment alone, we take responsibility for the outcome an organization actually needs: sewage or effluent treated reliably to the required discharge or reuse standard, within the available space, at a predictable operating cost. That means our engineers stay involved across every stage — assessing sewage characteristics and flow, selecting the right biological treatment process, sizing the plant to real project data, fabricating it at our own facility, and supporting it in the field for years after commissioning.
Our packaged approach is built around fibre-reinforced plastic (FRP) construction and factory fabrication, which lets a plant arrive largely pre-built and be installed with minimal civil work — a practical advantage for sites that are space-constrained, time-constrained, or retrofitting treatment into an existing building.

Our Engineering Capabilities
HECS covers the complete engineering value chain in-house, which is what allows us to stand behind the performance of a plant rather than just its parts:
- Process design & consultation — sizing and technology selection based on actual sewage generation, influent characteristics and the treated-water standard the project must meet.
- Manufacturing & fabrication — packaged STP and ETP units built at our own facility to consistent, repeatable quality.
- Installation & commissioning — mechanical, electrical and process commissioning to bring a plant to stable, compliant operation.
- Operation & maintenance (O&M) and AMC — ongoing support, servicing and annual maintenance contracts to keep treated-water quality within norms over the plant’s life.
- After-sales & technical support — engineering support for troubleshooting, optimization and upgrades.
